1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or engaging Maximize Profit for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide Shopify development and digital marketing services as described on this site. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement will be defined in a separate proposal or statement of work.
3. Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are set in each project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own all final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain rights to underlying tools, frameworks, and processes we use across clients, and the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, required access (Shopify, ad accounts, etc.), and timely feedback. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect project timelines.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maximize Profit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination remain due.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
